 I would like to take a moment to thank both of you [Sam Shenouda and Jimmy Tran] for your help with the purchase of my Honda Pilot.  I think I made a right decision to buy a Honda and especially from Kanata Honda. Thank you for the fast delivery of the vehicle so that we have it in time for our ski trip this weekend.  Our family will for sure enjoy it this long weekend and for many years to come. By far the best service department I have ever dealt with. Everyone was pleasant, my van was ready when promised, the bill was emailed to me prior to picking up the vehicle, the bill and service done on my vehicle were explained thoroughly and I was able to get my vehicle in the day I wanted. Jessica and Greg were very helpful and great to deal with. Also I had forgotten my travel mug and when I called to see if it was there they searched around and found it. Excellent customer service."

Was able to make service apt for day I wanted and able to drop the car off on the afternoon before the apt so I didn't have to do in the evening or first thing in the AM. Car was ready within 2.5 hours after the morning start and work repairs and service required was less than I expected. i.e. brakes and rotors on front wheels did not have to be replaced and wheel alignment was not required. Cost was less than I expected and in accordance with estimate provided.”

Chris Lysen at Kanata Honda was FANTASTIC! I was quite nervous about the prospect of leasing my first vehicle, and Chris put me at ease. Sales are top notch, honest and straight forward, highly recommended. This is my third CRV, taken on a 3-year lease at Kanata Honda. Each time it was different salesperson, but each time process of buying was a pleasure. Credits also go to the General Sales Manager Peter Fu, who I never met, but the sales group demonstrate above mentioned excellence under his leadership. Jeff Eaton was very courteous knowledgeable and above all very professional. Not only that he flawlessly presented 2016 CRV SE model and its features to my wife and me, both in the show room and during the test drive, but also conducted process of price negotiation in the most respectful manner. Jeff truly impressed me with his ability to close the deal at the amount that both provides profit for the dealership and sense of value to me as a buyer.”

I you are considering a Honda, we would highly recommend this dealership and salesperson given the friendly, non-pushy and supportive approach by the salesperson and all the staff. We liked the efficiency of paperwork process, the choice of test-drive vehicles and the chance to take our time without being pressured. If shopping for a good reliable vehicle we highly recommend visiting Tom at Kanata Honda. As previously stated, this was the best experience with new car buying. I did a lot of research on the Honda CRV to learn that it holds its resale value well and has a very well recognized reliability, but finding a dealership and salesperson that also reflects Honda values has been refreshing and very welcome. Tom Nash explained all the features most thoroughly and even help us integrate our smart-phones to the CRV’s Bluetooth system. He was able and very willing to answer any question we had on the vehicle. My wife and I were most impressed with Tom Nash. He did not try to bamboozle us with technobabble or try to up-sell us and we were frank with our needs and cost expectations and he met our goal. I particularly was pleased with the way Tom spoke to BOTH of us; addressing my wife with good eye contact and not just directing attention to me as the male and the most technical - I felt this approach was inclusive and my wife was very impressed and has commented to me several times on this courteous and professional approach. Tom Nash is to be commended in his manner and customer relationship. While making up our minds I emailed Tom several times and he was very quick in providing a satisfactory and thorough and well-considered answer. Basically it was this salesperson’s friendly and genuine approach that sold the car to us; Honda’s good reputation was secondary - Tom is to be commended. We would deal with him again any time.”

I purchased my Honda CRV from here a couple of days ago. My consultant Sam was very friendly and informative with helping me choose between the Honda HRV and CRV. He knew everything about each model which helped with making my final decision. The entire place had a positive atmosphere which was great and even after my purchase my sales consultant Sam called to make sure that everything was going well. He also let us know about the deal going on for discounted oil changes which I did take advantage of.
